WOD 5.28.14

Warm up

3 Rounds – not for time                                                                                                             – 10 lunges per leg                                                                                                                     – 30 second handstand hold

Rest 10 minutes (set up bars) and then….

5 Rounds for time –                                                                                                                 4 x Power Cleans (use a moderately heavy weight)                                                         Sprint 200 yards

Rest 60 seconds between rounds

Each round is meant to be a sprint, so bust out those lifts and haul butt on the runs.
