Front Squat (155/115)

Bar Over Burpees

* This workout is a variation of ones recently done by Outlaw Crossfit and CFLO.  The front squat needs to be heavy, it should be a weight that you cannot do more than 5 or 6 times.  The weight will be taken from the floor.
