30 Ring Rows each, only one partner working at a time

Run 400 meters

30 Goblet (max 53/35) squats each, only one partner working at a time

30 KB Swings (max 53/3500 each, only one partner working at a time

After the second round is complete

100 Slam Balls per team, time stops after the 100 Slam Balls are complete!
