1850 Gets a visit from CrossFit HQ!

Today we were honored to have CrossFit legend Greg Amundson and Ian from CrossFit HQ pay a visit to our gym. Thank you Greg for all the support we have received over the years from you and CrossFit HQ! Thank you to all our athletes and the 1850 family too!
