Row 500 Meters

Rest 3 minutes


EMOM for 12 minutes

5 x Deadlift (max weight of 275/185)

10 x Ring Dip

Attempt a good moderate weight for the deadlifts. If you are unable to keep up with the EMOM then finish the WOD with as many rounds as possible in the remaining time.

Record all three 500 meter rows and deadlift weight.
