3 x 1/1/1 Power Clean (Use a heavy weight and rest 10 seconds between each single)

Rest 30 seconds

5 x Box Jumps 

Rest 2 minutes

Then

Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds

6 x Power Clean (75% of the singles used above)

12 x Hand Release Push Ups

250 Meter Run
