A “Crossfit Biathlon”

5 Clean and Jerks (At about 85% of 1RM)

The Clean and Jerk should be a heavy single. The weight should enough to force you to take a moment to compose yourself before you lift. If you miss a lift it will be a 10 burpee penalty to be assessed before you head back out on the run. Good Luck!
