EMOM 10 minutes

Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press

Work up to a heavy set. All three lifts are distinct and require a pause between. No Squat Clean or Thruster allowed.

10 Front Squats
10 Push Press
10 Power Cleans
10 Toes 2 Bar
10 Power Cleans
10 Push Press
10 Front Squat

Rest 5 minutes and repeat. Record both times.
