3 x Dead Lift

3 x Banded Good Morning

WOD

3 – 5 – 7 – 9 – 11

Dead Lifts ( Heavy, pick a weight you do seven reps with and then go for it! )

Box Jumps ( Max Height of 32 / 24 )

HSPU ( Scale to Hand Release Push Up or HSPU off a Box )

Immediately after all reps are complete; do 50 Doubles Unders or 150 Singles. Time stops for WOD when DU’s are complete.
