15 Minutes to find a 1RM Power Clean and Jerk

Then…

EMOM 10 minutes

1 x Power Clean and Jerk at 85% to 95% of the 1RM you just found

Then…

WOD

3 Rounds

10 Clean and Jerks (max weight 135/95)

10 Pull Ups

Rest 2 minutes

Goal is to finish each separate round in under one minute. If you can not touch and go ten reps at 135 then it is too heavy. Scale and be honest. This is three all out sprints!
