EMOM for 10 Minutes

1 x Push Press then…

1 x Push Jerk

Use a moderate to heavy weight.

WOD

Complete three rounds of the following…

AMRAP 2 minutes of 

6 Thrusters (max weight of 115/75)

6 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20 inch)

6 Hand Release Push Ups

Rest 4 minutes

This is a sprint! Four minutes should be enough time to recover after each two-minute round. Go all out for two minutes, push the pedal to the floor!
