Ground to overhead (135/95)

Up and Down the ladder.  Starting with one rep, each athlete will take the bar from the ground to overhead at go.  Every minute, you will increase by one rep until you cannot do the required number of reps inside the given minute.  Once you hit that failure point, you will rest the next minute and then work you way back down the ladder. For example, if you get up to round 8 and cannot finish, after your minute rest, you will start the next minute with 7 reps again and work your way all the way back down to one rep.
