EMOM 10 minutes

2 x Heavy Push Press

On strict presses build up to heavy sets of two reps. Start push presses with the final strict press weight and build from there.

AMRAP 10 minutes

10 R / 10 L  Lunge with a plate overhead (max weight of 45/25)

10 Slam Balls (max weight 40/30)
