Happy New Year! Lets kick off the new year with a great WOD!

AMRAP 5 Minutes…

5 Hang Power Clean (Max weight of 135 and 95)

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Rest 5 Minutes then,

AMRAP 3 Minutes…

5 Hang Power Clean

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Rest 3 Minutes then,

AMRAP 1 Minute…

5 Hang Power Clean

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

With the work rest ratio on todays WOD the expectation is to give everything you have during the work period. The weight selected for the Hang Clean must be such that 5 consecutive reps are manageable. Score is total rounds/reps for all three AMRAP’s.
