Each round lasts 2 minutes. During the round complete:
4 Power Cleans (max weight of 185 / 125)
Max Rep Ball Slams ( max weight 40/30)
On the power cleans use a heavy weight but one you can lift, touch and go for four reps on the first couple rounds.
*Rest 60 seconds between rounds
Your score is the total number of Slam Balls completed.
