5 Heavy Shoulder to Overhead (Max weight of 185/115)

10 Burpee’s

Bar will come from the floor. Athletes may use a press, push press or push jerk to move the weight overhead. Push Jerk is recommend. Pick a weight you can get through the first two rounds unbroken. This should be a heavy weight and challenge you.
