WOD 08.02.13 “Cinco 1 & 2”

With a 21 minute clock complete the following two WOD’s. Each WOD has a 10 minute time limit with a one minute rest between workouts. For every rep not completed within the time cap add one second to your time. If you had 10 lunges left at the end of Cinco 2 your score would be 10:10.

Cinco 1

3 rounds of….

5 Heavy Dead Lifts

10 Goblet Squats with KB

Then…

9 Wall Walks

Rest 1 minutes followed by

3 Rounds of…

10 Pull Ups

5 Handstand Push Ups

Then…

15/15 Lunges with a Plate or Weighted Bar Overhead
