CrossFit Games 2013 WOD “2007”

We have slightly modified this WOD from the original Games workout. This WOD appeared in the very first CrossFit Games back in 2007.

For Time…

Row 1000 meters then complete five rounds of
15 Pull Ups
7 Push Press (max weight of 135/95)
