WOD 06.28.13: FRIDAY!!!

Partner Pyramid:  Wall Balls and Kettlebells

for time……

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Two person teams.  Partner #1 does one kettlebell swing (53/35) and one wall ball (20/14), then rests while Partner #2 does the same thing.  Then Partner #1 does two of each, etc.  The team will work up to ten reps of each exercise and back down to 1 rep.  By the end, each team member will have completed 100 Wall Balls and 100 Kettlebell Swings; for a total of 200 of each, per team.  Throughout the WOD, only one member of the team will be working at a time.
