Backsquat 3 x 5 (add 5# to last week)
Deadlift 5RM (add 10# to last time we did DL)
Death by Slam Ball with 2 burpee buy in.
Perform 1 slam ball the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third and so on till you are unable to perform the required number of slam balls in the the minute. At the beginning of each minute perform 2 burpees before doing the slam balls.
