4 minute AMRAP

10 Med Ball Cleans

Max Double Unders

Partner 1 does 10 Med Ball Cleans while partner 2 does max reps of double unders.


Power Clean Practice


“Death by Power Clean”

Max weight of 135/95

Every Minute on the Minute add one Power Clean. Keep going until you fail to complete the required number of Power Cleans in the minute. If you fail before round ten then reduce your reps by one or two and complete the remaining minutes at that number of reps.

Example: 1st Minute, one Power Clean; 2nd Minute, two Power Cleans; 3rd Minute, three Power Cleans and continue adding reps until you can no longer complete them in the minute.
