Tuesday Strength Days with Coach Bill!

CrossFit 1850 will now be offering strength (SWOD’s) days every Tuesday. The classes will be following a basic linear progression for both the squat and press. After the strength work, class will end with a short Met-Con. Coach Bill will be programing and running the classes. Please bring a small notebook or journal to record your lifts. Each week your lifts will be based on the previous weeks weights.

We hope to see you there and some big lifts.
