One minute on….One minute off….for 10 minutes

30 Kb swings – you have one minute to get 30 Kb swings.  If you fail to get 30 swings count a penalty.  For every penalty perform 15 burpees at the end of the 10 minutes. (The swings for this workout will be of the Russian variety – to chest level)
