At the CCC Track, lets enjoy the weather. Please try and bring your own stop watch or a wrist watch with a timer on it.

Run 400 meters

Rest 3:00 minutes

Run 800 meters

Rest 3:00 minutes

Run 1200 meters

Rest 3:00 minutes

Run 1600 meters

Score is total time including your rest periods.
