Strength:

5 X 3 Front Squat

WOD:

EMOM 10 – 5 T2B

On every minute, each athlete does 5 Toes-to-Bar, they will do burpees for the remainder of the minute. This will continue for the full 10 minutes. Final score will be the total number of burpees completed.
