…..then…..

1 clean and jerk (135/95) and 1 round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats), 2 clean and jerk and 1 round of Cindy, 3 clean and jerks and one round of Cindy……..and so on till time expires. The number of clean and press reps will increase by one each round while only one round of Cindy will be done each round.
