18 Minute AMRAP of

20 Bar over Burpee’s (partners alternate every 5 reps)

10/10 Barbell (front rack) lunges (one partner competes all 20 per round – teams alternate every round. Max weight of 95/65)

20 Ab Mat sit ups (partner who did not complete the lunges completes all 20 sit ups)

20 Hang Power Cleans (partners alternate every 5 reps, max weight 95/65)
