WIth a 35/45 lb bar

2 rounds, not for time (try not to set the bar down during each round)

5 x Dead Lift

5x Hang Squat Clean

5 x Front Squat

5 x Hang Power Snatch

5 x Over Head Squat

EMOM for 10 minutes

2 x Front Squats

4 x Lunge With Bar in Front Rack ( 2 left / 2 right)

AMRAP 10 minutes of

With a team of three

P1 Run 400 meters

P2 Max Box Jumps

P3 Max T2B or K2E

Score is total Box Jumps and T2B’s
