WOD 02.25.13

In preparation for the 2013 CrossFit Games Open we will be learning a few new movements this week. Todays class and WOD will focus on the Power Snatch.

We have done lots of Power Cleans, so you already have the wiring set for the Power Snatch. The Snatch is “the fastest lift”. In the Snatch the athlete takes the barbell from the floor to a locked out over-head position in one continuous motion.
